A month has gone by and each day I love being a mom even more. She is growing and changing more and more. The last couple weeks have been pretty busy. Alivia has met many of our family and friends, visited her pediatrician Dr. Cohen, become an avid shopper, attended church and had a couple of play dates (more for mom). We have been so blessed with generosity in gifts and food that we can not even begin to express our gratitude. We traveled to Sidney to meet some of my home town neighbors and cousins. We also had Alivia's newborn pictures taken by Kelly Highby (see previous post). The 5.5 hour trip was most interesting with two dogs and a newborn but somehow we managed (and I caught up on some sleep). When we returned we started to finally settle into what seems to be some sort of schedule. We have at least started to only get up once in the middle of the night and once early morning. Livi is such a joy to have in our lives. We enjoy getting to know her and we are so excited to see more of her personality unfold. Here are a few new pictures from the last few weeks.
