4th of July

We celebrated the 4th of July at Tom's sister and brother-in-law's house with family and friends.  Alivia had fun playing with Ayla and the other kids that were there as well as experienced a few firsts!

Finding the Joy {Week 4 - Routines}

 

"Routines" was the subject for week four. The goal was to capture our weekly routines.

Our inspiration was to think about the following questions.

What are some of your memories as a child of your daily living? What were some of these that you wish you had a photo of? What time does your day begin with the kids? How do you start the day? What are some regular routines that you do every day with the kids? What are some of your favorite routines you have with the kids everyday?

Finding the Joy {Week 3 - Things}

Week three was all about "Things". The goal was to capture "things" that are important to our children. Our inspiration was to think about the following questions.

What were some special material things you treasured as a child?  Does your child have a special toy/blanket they sleep with?  What are some special toys/things/treasures of your child’s?  Does your child play a sport? What equipment does he or she use?  What did your child used to play with but now doesn’t?
